1 Agreement to Terms

3 User Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that (i) your use of the Platform will be in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; (ii) you have the right to enter into this Agreement and perform its obligations without violating any other agreement or obligation you may have; (iii) if you provide information to us, it is accurate and complete and does not infringe on any third-party rights; and (iv) your actions in using the Platform will not cause harm to SpinCrypto Casino.

4 User Conduct

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree to respect and comply with instructions from authorities, other users and third parties regarding your use of the Platform. SpinCrypto Casino reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to your account at any time without notice.

5 Disclaimer

SpinCrypto Casino does not guarantee (i) that its Services will be continuous, uninterrupted or error-free; (ii) that defects in the Platform shall be corrected; (iii) that results from using the Services will be accurate or reliable. The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

6 Limitation of Liability

SpinCrypto Casino's aggregate liability to you for all claims under this Agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, equity or any other theory of law shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SpinCrypto Casino for Services. In no event will SpinCrypto Casino be liable to you for any damages including indirect, incidental, special consequential damages.

7 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpinCrypto Casino from all claims arising out of your breach or non-fulfillment of this Agreement; your use of the Platform; your contribution to content hosted on the Platform.
